Ingredients
- 400 Grams Chicken Lollipop pieces (Washed and cleaned)
- 50 Grams Maida (All purpose flour)
- 400 Grams Corn flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tsp Red orange food colour
- Salt to taste
Instructions
For Marination
- Put lollipop pieces in a bowl.
- Add vinegar and food color and mix well,
- Add lime juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, egg, maida, corn flour and mix well.
- Rest the marinade for 30 minutes
To Fry Lollipops
- Heat oil in a pan on high flame.
- Once the oil is heated, turn the flame to medium and fry the lollipop pieces.
- Once fried - remove it in a paper towel Fry the remianing pieces in a similar manner.
- Wrap the bottom of chicken lollipop with foil paper to make it more presentable.
- Sprinkle chat masala for more taste - Optional
