  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder

  • In a bowl - Add chicken mince, bread crumbs, curd, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, Salt to taste and ginger garlic paste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, and rest it for 30 minutes.
  • Once the mixture is ready, rub a bit of oil in the palm.
  • Take a small portion of mixture and flatten it to give a desired nugget shape.
  • In a similar way, make nuggets from the remaining mixture as well.

  • Take 1/2 cup maida (all purpose flour), 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 Tsp garlic powder, 1/4 Tsp red chili powder.
