Chicken Keema Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 Grams Minced Chicken
- 4 Nos Medium sized onions finely chopped
- 3 Nos Tomatoes for Puree
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Nos Bay leaves
- 3-4 Nos Cloves
- 1 Nos Small cinnamon stick
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Few chopped green chillies
- Few coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil.
- When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
- Once onion changes its color - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well.
- Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined.
- Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well.
- Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again.
- Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes, check in between.
- Delicious Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix.
- Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish.
- Chicken keema masala is ready - serve with roti, naan or paratha.
