Ingredients  

  • 300 Grams Minced Chicken
  • 4 Nos Medium sized onions finely chopped
  • 3 Nos Tomatoes for Puree
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Nos Bay leaves
  • 3-4 Nos Cloves
  • 1 Nos Small cinnamon stick
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Few chopped green chillies
  • Few coriander leaves

Instructions 

  • Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil.
  • When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  • Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
  • Once onion changes its color - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well.
  • Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined.
  • Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well.
  • Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again.
  • Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes, check in between.
  • Delicious Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix.
  • Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish.
  • Chicken keema masala is ready - serve with roti, naan or paratha.
