Ingredients  

Chicken Malai Tikka Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Chicken Boneless cleaned and washed (Medium size Breast Pieces)
  • 1 1/2 Spoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1 1/2 Spoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 1/2 Spoon Tandoori Chicken Masala
  • 2 Spoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Spoons Besan (Gram Flour)
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 2 Tsp Redi Chilli Powder
  • Salt as per requirement

Instructions 

  • First mix the chicken pieces with all the spices and curd together.
  • Mix well and keep the chicken pieces for marination for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Put the chicken onto skewers and cook in pre heated oven at 180 degree celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, serve with green coriander chutney, onion rings and lemon.
