Chicken Malai Tikka Ingredients
- 500 Grams Chicken Boneless cleaned and washed (Medium size Breast Pieces)
- 1 1/2 Spoon Kasuri Methi
- 1 1/2 Spoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1 1/2 Spoon Tandoori Chicken Masala
- 2 Spoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Spoons Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Spoons Besan (Gram Flour)
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 2 Tsp Redi Chilli Powder
- Salt as per requirement
Instructions
- First mix the chicken pieces with all the spices and curd together.
- Mix well and keep the chicken pieces for marination for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Put the chicken onto skewers and cook in pre heated oven at 180 degree celsius for about 20-25 minutes.
- Once cooked, serve with green coriander chutney, onion rings and lemon.
