Leftover Rice Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/12 Cup Leftover cooked rice
- 3 Medium sized boiled potatoes
- 1 Small sized onion
- 3 Tbsp Tbsp capsicum finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp Carrot finely chopped
- 1 Chopped green chilli
- Salt as per taste
- Few coriander leaves
- 1 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat masala
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour
Instructions
- In a bowl add 1 1/2 cup leftover cooked rice.
- Add three medium sized boiled potatoes and mash it properly.
- Add one small onion finely chopped.
- Add Three Tbsp capsicum finely chopped.
- Add Three Tbsp carrot finely chopped.
- Add Three Tbsp carrot finely chopped.
- Add Few coriander leaves.
- Add one chopped green chilli.
- Salt as per required.
- Add 1 Tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
- 1/2 Tsp cumin powder.
- 1/2 Tsp chaat masala.
- 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 2 Tbsp corn flour.
- Now mix all the ingredients well.
- Once the mixture is ready and well combined - Rub little oil on your palms.
- Take a portion of mixture, flatten it and give a round shape - coat it in semolina.
- Now prepare the remaining in similar manner.
- Once ready - heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame.
- Fry until crisp and gloden brown.
- Flip over and fry both the sides.
- Remove it in a paper towel and repeat the process until all cutlets are ready.
- Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
