Ingredients
- 50 Grams Macaroni
- 1/2 Cup Green peas
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Medium sized onions - Finely chopped
- 2 Medium sized Tomatoes - Finely chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 Green chilli
- Few coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- In a deep bottom pan add 4 Tbsp oil
- Add 3 Medium Onions - Finely chopped - Saute until golden brown
- Add 2 Medium Tomatoes - Finely chopped - Mix well
- Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Add tsp red chilli powder
- Add 1 tsp coriander powder
- Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Add 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Add 1 Green chilli and few coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Cover and let it cook for 2-3 minute
- After 2-3 minutes remove cover - give it a mix
- Add Macaroni - after soaked for 5 minutes
- Add 1/2 cup green peas and give it a mix
- Cover and let it cook for 15 -20 minute - Stir in between
- Macaroni Mutter Masala is ready - remove it in a serving dish
- You can serve with Roti or Paratha
