In a deep bottom pan add 4 Tbsp oil
Add 3 Medium Onions - Finely chopped - Saute until golden brown
Add 2 Medium Tomatoes - Finely chopped - Mix well
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add tsp red chilli powder
Add 1 tsp coriander powder
Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Add 1 tsp garam masala powder
Add 1 Green chilli and few coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cover and let it cook for 2-3 minute
After 2-3 minutes remove cover - give it a mix
Add Macaroni - after soaked for 5 minutes
Add 1/2 cup green peas and give it a mix
Add 1/2 glass water and mix all the ingredients well Cover and let it cook for 15 -20 minute - Stir in between
Macaroni Mutter Masala is ready - remove it in a serving dish
You can serve with Roti or Paratha
