Healthy Soyabean Chilli Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 Grams Soya chunks
- 2 Tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tbsp Red chiili sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tsp1 Black pepper powder
- 1 Small sized capsicum and onion
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Drop soya chunks and fry on medium flame until crisp
- When fried remove it in a paper towel
- Fry the remaining soya chunks in a similar manner
- In an other pan add 3 Tbsp oil
- Add 2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
- Add capsicum and onion (cut into sqaure pieces) - Mix well
- Now add - Salt as per taste, 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder, 1 Tbsp Toamto ketchup, 2 Tbsp Red chiili sauce, 1 Tbsp schezwan sauce (Optional) and 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
- Now cook for two minutes and add 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Add Finely chopped green onion leaves and give it a mix
- In a small bowl take 1 Tbsp corn flour
- Add 1/2 cup water and mix well
- Add the slurry to sauces and mix again
- Now add fried soya bean chunks
- Mix until well combined with the sauces
- Once mixed well and cooked turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish.
