Tandoori Chai
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Spoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 Spoon Tea
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Nos Clay Pots
- 1 Nos Cardamon
Instructions
- In a vessel add 1 cup water
- Add 2 spoon sugar or as per taste
- Add 1 1/2 spoon tea
- 1 Cardamon and let it come to a boil
- Add 1 1/2 cup milk
- On another gas flame heat the clay pot on a low flame
- flip over and heat it on all sides evenly
- Turn off the flame and strain tea in a cup
- Place the heated clay pot in another vessel carefully and turn off the flame
- Now pour the tea in a clay pot to get the smoky flavor
- The tea will start to bubble in the clay pot and would eventually ooze out
- Pour it back in the vessel
- Tandoori chai is ready to serve
