In mixing bowl add suji (semolina) and curd and mix well.
Now cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
The sooji (semolina) is set, now add boiled potatoes, onion, red chilli powder, cummin powder, chaat masala, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, corn flour.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
If the mixture does not bind you can add some corn flour, the mixture for cutlet is now ready.
To give cutlets shape - rub little oil on your plams - take a portion of mixture and flatten it to give a round shape.
In a similar manner prepare the rest and fry it.
Heat 4-5 Tbsp oil in a pan on medium flame.
Once hot put the cutlet one by one in a pan and fry until crisp and golden brown, you can also deep fry it.
Flip over and fry the other side as well.
Remove it in a kitchen towel and fry the remaining in similar manner.
Crispy Aloo Sooji Cutlets is ready - serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
