In a grinding jar add suji (semolina), curd and small pieces bread slices
Add some water and grind it to form a smooth paste
The paste is now ready transfer it in a bowl
Add rice flour, onions, tomato, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt and mix well
Now add half cup of water and mix it again
Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes remove the cover add 1tbsp oil and baking soda and give it a mix
The batter is now ready for making cheela
Heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame

Now pour 1 1/2 ladle spoon of batter in a pan and spread it
Spread few drops of oil and let it cook on medium flame until crisp
Flip over and spread few drops of oil and cook the other side as well until crisp
Remove it in a plate and prepare the remaining in a similar manner
Delicious bread Cheela is now ready, serve with chutney or sauce
You can also top it with grated cheese for your kids
