For Making sugar syrup
In a deep bottom pan add 1 cup Sugar
1 Cup of water
Stir on medium flame until sugar melts downs completely
Add 1/4 Tsp cardamom powder - Boil until syrup is slightly sticky
Add 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice - Mix it
Switch off the flame and keep it aside
Take 8 slices of bread - Cut the corners
Break into small pieces - Grind it into fine powder
Transfer the powder in a bowl - Add 1 1/2 Tbsp Milk powder and mix well
Add 6 Tbsp Milk in batches
Knead to a smooth dough add more milk if required
Once the dough is ready
Take a small portion of dough - Flatten it and stuff it with pistachios
Seal it with both hands and make round balls out of it
Once ready - Heat oil in a pan
Drop the balls in hot oil
Fry on medium flame on until golden in color
Flip over and keep stirring in between
Once the balls are fried remove it in a kitchen towel
Drop the hot jamuns into hot sugar syrup
Coat all the balls and mix well with the sugar syrup
Cover and let it rest for one hour
Gulab Jamun is now ready - Remove it in serving dish
Granish with pistachio and serve it
