Chicken frankie is one of the most popular street foods all over India. It is basically a wrap with chicken filling, similar to a burrito. You can also call it chicken roll or chicken kathi roll, Usually we use parathas for the wraps, but if you want to save time and make it fast you can also use tortillas. This recipe is quite simple to make and yet it tastes amazing.
1 Cup maida mixed with 1 tsp oil, little salt and water.
For Chicken Marination
100GramsBoneless chicken
1Egg
1TbspMaida (All purpose flour)
1TbspCorn flour
Little vinegar
Little Red orange color
Salt & pepper to taste
For Stuffing
2NosBeaten eggs with little salt & pepper
Schezwan sauce
Fried Chicken
Grated Cheese

Preparation Method
Make soft dough with 1 cup maida (all purpose flour), add 1 tsp oil, a little salt and water and rest for 30 minutes.
Make thin roti from the maida dough on medium flame.
Marinade the chicken with 1 tbsp maida (all purpose flour), 1 tbsp corn flour, a little vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and fry it.
Beat one egg, mix with salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan - place the cooked roti on the egg and flip the roti, till it is prepared.
Once the roti is prepared, remove it from the pan and spread schezwan sauce on the egg, then spread the fried chicken evenly in the center and top it with onions, add little chat masala for taste and finely grated cheese.
Serve Chicken Cheese Frankie with schezwan sauce or tomato sauce.
