Ingredients  

  • 125 Grams Desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Desiccated coconut for coating ladoo
  • 100 Grams Condensed milk
  • 1 Tsp Clarified butter or ghee
  • 1 Tsp Elaichi powder
  • Few Almonds

Instructions 

  • Heat a pan on a medium flame.
  • Add clarified butter.
  • Once heated lower the flame and add desiccated coconut.
  • Roast continuously for 30-40 seconds on low flame.
  • Now add condensed milk.
  • Mix both ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
  • Once mixed - switch off the flame and add green cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Cool the mixture for 2-3 minutes at room temperature.
  • Take small portion of mixture in hand and make round balls.
  • Coat the balls with desiccated coconut properly.
  • Garnish with almonds.
  • Coconut ladoo's are ready, enjoy it with your family and friends.
