Easy Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Rice flour
- 2 Tbsp Corn flour/Starch
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Cups milk
- 1/2 Cup Fresh cream
- 50 Grams Grated dark chocolate
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
- White chocolate for topping
Instructions
- In a pan add add 1/2 cup sugar.
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder.
- 1 Tbsp rice flour.
- 2 Tbsp corn flour/Starch.
- 1/4 Tsp salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Once all the ingredients are mixed well, turn on the flame - Add two cups milk - keep stirring continuously until thick.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh cream and stir well.
- Add 50 grams grated dark chocolate - stir for a minute.
- Now turn off the flame, add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix it.
- Cool on room temperature for sometime.
- when cold, pour into glass or bowl and top it with white chocolate.
- Chill in refrigerator until serving.
