Heat 4 Tbsp oil in a pan.
Add 2 bay leaves and 3-4 Cloves and stir few seconds.
Add 2 finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
Add 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
Add tomato puree made of one tomato.
Add 1 Tsp coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder and 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder and mix well.
Cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
When cooked well, add marinated chicken and mix well.
Cover with lid and cook for 25 minutes, check and stir in between.
Once the chicken is cooked remove it in a serving bowl.
Serve with roti, naan or paratha.
