Break the rotis into small pieces.
Blend the rotis in a blender to a coarse powder.
Remove it in a bowl.
Add powdered sugar, 1 spoon dry fruit powder, desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
Add some milk to bind the roti mixture.
Once the mixture is ready - divide it into two portions.
Add yellow food color (optional) in one portion and mix well.
Add green food color (optional) in another portion and mix well.
Take a mould or container and grease it with ghee.
Take one portion of the roti mixture and set it in the container.
Place the other portion on the top and flatten it in a similar manner
Let it set for 15 - 20 minutes.
Once set, cut into desired shape.
Garnish it with some dry fruit powder and almonds.
