Divide the dough into three equal portions - In a ball shape
Apply some oil in the rolling board
Take one portion or ball - wiith your hand or a rolling pin flatten it lightly
Roll it with a rolling pin to give a chapati shape
Roll it slightly and do not make it thin
In similar manner roll out the remaining balls
Heat a tawa on a medium flame and add oil
You can also use ghee or butter instead of oil
Place the koki on the tawa and let it cook until crisp
Flip over and cook the other side as well
Add few drops of oil on the sides and top and flip over and cook until crisp on both sides
Remove it in plate and prepare the remaining in a similar manner
Crispy koki is now ready - you can serve it with curd, papad, pickle or chutney
