Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Once the oil is heated add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix.
Add spinach, sorrel and dill leaves
Add chana dal, green chilli and mix for a minute or two.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
Now mix all the spices and ingredients well.
Add tomato puree and mix well on high flame for two minutes.
Add two cups of water and mix slightly.
Close the lid and cook for 4-5 whistles.
After 4-5 whistles turn off the flame and let the pressure release.
Open the lid, give it a mix and mash it slightly with a wooden masher.
The tasty sai bhaji is now ready, remove it in a serving bowl.
