Heat 2 Tbsp Oil In a deep bottom pan on medium flame.

Add 2 Tbsp Spring Onion White and give it a mix.
Add 1/2 Cup Carrot (Finely Chopped).
Add 1/2 Cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped) - 1/4 Cup French Beans - Stir for a minute or two (Do not over cook).
Add 1 Tbsp soya sauce and 1 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli sauce and Mix well.
Add 3 cups of water.
Add salt as per taste and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Take 2 Tbsp Corn Flour add little water to it and mix well.
Pour the mixture in the bowl to thicken soup.
Add 1 Tbsp Vinegar and give it a mix.
Now turn off the flame.
Add green spring onions and mix well. Soup is now ready remove it in a serving bowl.
Add fried noodles to it and serve hot for better taste.
